Modern quantum mechanics shows that everything in the universe is made of energy with different vibration frequencies. Therefore, everything has a different appearance, which is the same as Buddhism’s saying that “everything is brought together by cause”.

Our brain is the most powerful “magnet” in the world. It’s attracting things with the same frequency as it sends signals to the universe at all times.
In other words, everything that happens in your life is attracted to you.

Objects that look motionless like crystals or rocks are actually composed of millions of subatomic particles. These particles collide with each other to generate energy and vibration frequencies.

In other words, when everything goes well with your health, finances, work or family relationships, you will naturally have positive emotions such as happiness and joy. These high frequencies make your life smoother and attract more of the things you want.
However, in many cases, it is difficult for people to be satisfied with the environment they are in or the life they experience. Therefore, they often emit low-frequency energy, such as feeling like worry, anxiety, fear or depression.
If you cannot adjust your emotions in time, this negative energy will attract more unwanted people or things into your life.

According to the law of attraction, “like attracts like”. You must align yourself with a constant, better feeling and emotion, the frequency of which will attract what you want.
In other words, if you want to be surrounded by beautiful things, you must first make “feel good” your dominant vibration frequency before you can attract everything you want, including wealth, health and happiness.
Why Does The Law Of Attraction Not Work For Some People?
The universe treats everyone’s wishes equally. It does not distinguish between “good” and “bad”. From the perspective of the universe, everything in your thoughts is the same. Whether you want it or not, it will come back to you at the corresponding frequency when it arrives in the universe.
For example, if your life is very stressful and you have a mountain of bills, these issues make you tired physically and mentally, sighing and frowning all day long.
Therefore, most of the time, you are thinking about how to deal with these pressures. Then naturally, you will continue to send low frequencies.
When the universe receives these frequencies, because it can’t see any high frequencies, it takes it for granted that this is the life you want. So, the universe sends back things and circumstances of the same frequency to you.

How To Practice Self-affirmation

Self-affirmation can be some short but powerful statements, such as “I am excellent, I can successfully complete this job, I have many friends, everyone loves me, my life is full of joy…”
When you keep repeating these statements, they will gradually be imprinted on your brain. Over time, your subconscious mind will slowly accept the meanings expressed in the sentences. As a result, you will begin to feel that these positive statements are what you are. This eventually changes your external performance.
If you work hard to make your “conscious” thoughts positive, it can be easier for you to recognize the negative thoughts that affect your behavior and replace them with optimistic and positive thoughts.
The “Law of Attraction” is one of the laws of the universe. It is an eternal truth and no force can break it or change it.
